I found a great new herbal supplent that was developed by my friend’s OBGYN in Connecticut. It’s called Tao harmony and I ordered in online at Taoformulations.com . It has significantly helped in reducing my hot flashes and night sweats which were very uncomfortable. Now I barely have them and am in a much better mood. This herbal supplement must be working for me. I highly recommend it to all you hot mammas!
